Born in Almesåkra, Sweden 4th of Febr. 1880. She emigrated with her parents and siblings to Minnesota 1887 when she was 7 years old.
She married Axel Fingal Gothberg
He went up to the Alaskan goldrush and later purchased orchard land in Yakima, Washington.
Elizabeth had 4 children: Irma 1915, Dagmar 1917, Beatrice 1919 and Kermit 1924. They all live in Washington state and California.
She died 1959- 79 years old.
