Hanna was the 4th child in Johan August and Sofias family and the first daughter in Storrydet.
She grew up with all the other children at Storrydet farm and was schooled by her parents in home schooling. She the took part in teaching her younger siblings.
As she got older she spent some time in Nyhyttan school and also 1899 she went with her brother John to Norway and they learned tailoring. Her 3 year younger sister Judith joined them around 1900-01. They all returned to Sweden 1902 and Hanna then spent a year at Nyhyttan school.
Hanna seemed to have traveled around by train in Sweden some, which was popular at the time. The railway was built in Sweden around 1850 and continued expanding. She sent many postcards from these trips.

She returned to Storrydet fall 1903 as she was 21 and helped out at home and at the farm.
In September 1911 her two younger sisters Judith and Maria emigrated to the US.
Half a year later she died- At only 30 years of age. She died from diabetes.
She is buried together with her siblings at Svenarums church
