Elisabet was the 8th of the 11 children of Johan August and Sofia.

Elisabets greeting and a drawing to Judith in her poetry-book 1903- she is the 14 years old:

Father Johan August did a carpentry piece to his children. This bureau was made to Elisabeth and is still used in her daughters Maj-Britts family.

Father Johan August passed away 1909 as Elisabet was 20 years old. 2 years later her older sisters Maria and Judith emigrated to the US. 

She married Oscar Edvin Neij and had one daughter: Maj-Britt.

She had another baby 1924 who died at birth and was buried at the same time as Elisabeths mother Sofia.

She lived in Vaggeryd. She had three grand-children: Synnöve, Vivian and Vinjar who has grown up in Norway:

She spent much time together with her sister Maria in their aging years. She was doing handicrafts and often together with Maria
