The pic above is on the road between Humlefall and \u00c4skeryd villages in Adel\u00f6v parish where Anna-Greta grew up.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>\u00a0 \u00a0Anna-Greta Jonsdotter was born 29\/10 in Humlefall<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>village in Adel\u00f6v parish.\u00a0<\/strong>Her parents were the farmer Jonas Svensson<\/a> and her mother Sara Samuelsdotte<\/a>r.<\/p>\n

She was baptized one day old in the close-by Adel\u00f6v church. Her ‘fadder’ -godfathers and godmothers were: The soldier Gabriel Lindqvist and his wife Greta from Humlefall and Lars and Ewa Jansson from Adel\u00f6v.<\/p>\n


\n<\/a> She had \u00a06 siblings of whom 4 reached adult age.<\/p>\n

1. A 2 year older brother Gustav who was the firstborn 1810-Sept 9.<\/p>\n

2. When she was three years old Samuel was born 19\/1 1815- (He died 37 years old 17\/4 1852 in \u00c4lmeberg)<\/p>\n

3.They moved to the neighbouring village\u00a0\u00c4skeryd<\/strong><\/a> *, in Adel\u00f6v parish where Maja-Stina \u00a0was born 20\/6 1817 but she died 5 months old 15\/11 when Anna-Greta was 7 years old.<\/p>\n

4. 23\/11 1818 brother Swen was born.<\/p>\n

5. 15\/5 1821 Carl was born as Anna-Greta was 9.<\/p>\n

6.1824 the second Maja-Stina was born 10\/5 1724 but she also died 19\/2 1825 9 months old. Anna-Greta was now 14 years old and had already lost two baby-sisters.<\/p>\n

Anna-Greta moved to\u00a0Vireda<\/a>\u00a0parish (\u00c4lmeberg\/Elmberg<\/a>: a Rusth\u00e5ll farm = a military cavalry\/manor farm) with her parents on 23 May 1826\u00a0where they lived until at least 1830. She was then 14- 18 years old. It\u00a0looks like the family moved to Horbacken, another farm in 1834.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Anna-Greta married \u00a0Johannes H\u00e5kansson<\/a> from S\u00f6t\u00e5sa<\/strong>* Southern farm<\/a> 7\/11 1834, 22 years old and moved to his inherited farm. She came from Vireda at this time.<\/div>\n

They had 11 children altogether of whom 10 became grownup: Gustaf Fredrik<\/a>, Anna Lotta<\/a>, Christina Sofia<\/a>, Johanna Maria<\/a>, Hedda Lovisa<\/a>, Ida Charlotta<\/a>, Johan August<\/a>, Augusta Charlotta<\/a>, Emma Sofia<\/a>, Karl Viktor<\/a> and Matilda<\/a>.<\/div>\n
She was 22 when she had her first child and 46 when Matilda – her youngest- was born. \u00a0Their second child Anna-Lotta<\/a>, born 1837 became only 7 years old. Anna-Greta was then 32 years old and had 4 more children between 1 and 9 years old, expecting another one when she died.<\/div>\n

Anna-Greta became the one in the village who prepared the dead and her husband who partially was a carpenter, \u00a0made caskets.<\/p>\n

Later she did this job together with her oldest daughter Christina<\/a> who had moved back to S\u00f6t\u00e5sa after a few years away, together with her family at S\u00f6t\u00e5sa farm until it was sold 1874.<\/p>\n

Christina<\/a> and Carl Johan, her husband and family \u00a0of 6 children stayed at S\u00f6t\u00e5sa until it was sold 1874.<\/p>\n

When S\u00f6t\u00e5sa Farm was sold Anna-Greta and Johannes stayed at S\u00f6t\u00e5sa farm through\u00a0an \u2018excluding contract\u2019* until Johannes died in 1890. After Johannes died, Anna-Greta probably\u00a0stayed with Christina\u2019s family at \u00d6nnestorp<\/a>* farm on the other side of the lake even though she\u00a0would have access to the adjusted \u2018excluding\u2019 contract of living at S\u00f6t\u00e5sa up until her death.<\/p>\n

\"Johannes,\u00a0As Anna-Greta died in the year of 1900, there were still 3 of her children living in Sweden:\u00a0Christina<\/a>– with whom she had been staying,\u00a0Johanna<\/a>\u00a0Maria who lived 23-35 km:s away, further south in Sm\u00e5land with her family and\u00a0Johan Augus<\/a>t who had moved to N\u00e4ssj\u00f6 40 kms away.\u00a0At the time these distances were quite far away from each other.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Anna-Greta survived her husband by 10 years and became 87 years old.<\/p>\n
