She was the first of Kristinas family to emigrate to the US 1882. She was 20 years old by then.<\/p>\n

She married Johan Albin Gentzell \u00a011\/6 1891 as she was \u00a029 years old. Johan Albin was born in Karlstad, Sweden 18\/1 1861 and\u00a0emigrated from Stockholm 1887 11 febr. – 20 years old being a painter (according to the Churchbooks)<\/p>\n

1910 the family is registered living in Chicago, Ill. Adr: Snoct A E22 ? with the whole family of 6 children. The father, Daniel Gentzell, of John Albin also lived with them at the time, 73 years old. He is then a widower. He emigrated to the US 1894.<\/p>\n

They had 6 children: John Magnus<\/a> 1892, August<\/a> 1894, Gustaf\u00a0Adolph<\/a> 1896, Valborg Marie<\/a> 1898, Hilma C.<\/a>1901, Ruth<\/a> 1903. Hilma was between 30 and 41 years old when she had her children.<\/p>\n

By 1930 in the middle of the Depression, they lived in Chicago Ward 31, Lake Township (?), \u00a0Ill. and Johan Albin is registered as a painter, having his own shop.<\/p>\n

There are 5 children: John M., August and his son Richard, 11 years old, Gustaf Adolf, Ruth and Hilma, \u00a0registered together with them in the household: John Magnus and Adolph being WW I veterans and August being a widower with his son. They are all in their 30ies.<\/p>\n
